• Comply with all applicable Health, Safety regulations, including the Workers Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation

• On-going employee education and training.

• Safety Observation System—In order to eliminate hazards and dangerous conditions we have set up a system in which employees will be taught to correct their unsafe behavior through positive coaching.
